邱建棆师博出生于东方之珠槟城，中学毕业于钟灵中学，拥有北方大学经济学士学位和理科大学资讯工艺硕士学位。他在国际制造商任职系统分析与管理超过20年，同时也是一位热爱五术的业余爱好者，经常利用五术知识帮助需要风水命理咨询的朋友。
邱师博曾跟随多位马来西亚、台湾和新加坡的玄学老师学习姓命学、阳宅学、子平八字和奇门遁甲。2012年，他有幸担任李青和老师的编辑，协助他出版了第一本八字书《八字算命》。2013年，他在《紫微易学院》接触到《四化飞星紫微斗数》，发现原来紫微斗数可以比子平八字更加透彻地看清命运。2014年，邱师博在由香港术数师之风论坛举办的第五届全球算命师大赛中荣获亚军。这个奖杯无形中给了他继续学习五术玄学的肯定与鼓励。然而，学无止境，在2016年，机缘巧合之下，邱师博远赴新加坡，开始了《梁派飞星紫微斗数》之旅，师从梁若瑜和张世贤老师。

Master Khoo, is born in the Pearl of the Orient, Penang, and graduated from Chung Ling High School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Malaysia Northern University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Malaysia Science University. He has over 20 years of experience in system analysis and project management with international manufacturers, and is also an amateur enthusiast of Five Arts, frequently using his knowledge of Chinese Metaphysics to help friends in need of Feng Shui and destiny path advice.
Master Khoo has studied Chinese metaphysics with various Malaysian, Taiwanese, and Singaporean masters, including Anthroponomastics (name and destiny study), Feng Shui, Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny), and Qi Men Dun Jia. In 2012, he had the opportunity to assist Penang Master Lee in publishing the first Bazi book, “Bazi Fortune-Telling”. In 2013, he has discovered that Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) can provide a more thorough understanding of one’s fate than Bazi after he has completed Zi Wei course from Zi Wei Fengshui Academy. In 2014, he was awarded second place in the fifth Global Fortune-Telling Competition organized by the Hong Kong Chinise Metaphysics society, which gave him affirmation and encouragement to continue his study of Chinese metaphysics. However, learning has no end, and in 2016, he traveled to Singapore to begin his journey in Liang stream Flying Star Zi Wei Dou Shu under the guidance of teachers Liang Ruoyu and Zhang Shixian.
